Treating Face Acne Quickly‏

By David King

Acne is a difficult challenge to deal with. It causes many people to feel embarrassed and lose confidence in themselves and their ability to make friends and interact regularly in social situations. Acne can be treated and cured quite easily with the right knowledge. Acne is nothing more than your body having a cellular or chemical imbalance which causes your skin to break out. Once you find out what exactly your imbalance is which causes your acne and fix it you will be able to have clear skin once again by fixing the cause.

The first thing that you should begin to do whether you want to treat body or face acne is to drink more pure water. Most americans and most people internationally are dehydrated and don't drink enough water on a daily basis. Partially because many people drink soda's, coffee and energy drinks along with other things like alcohol which dehydrate you making it harder to stay hydrated. You should drink at least 50% of your body weight in ounces of water each day as a guideline. You should drink more if you drink dehydrating drinks like the one's listed above or if you live in a warm climate or exercise or both Because these things will effect how fast the water is used in your body.

This water does several things in your body. The first thing that it does is give your body an internal shower. It cleanses toxins and stagnant junk out of your body which can cause bacteria, fungus and other bad things to grow when not flushed out often. So by clearing up your insides with water you effectively cleanse things that can cause acne to be sustained or grow.

The next thing you should do is eat more fruits and veggies. Fruits do a great job cleansing your body and vegetables rebuild your body and help create new skin cells as well. Both of these together work to support healthy and clear skin.
